Shawn Supreme Productions is a Bahamian creative production company built around one simple idea — take every project seriously and create work we’re proud to put our name on.
What started with a passion for capturing moments has grown into a full production team of photographers, videographers, editors, and production support, working together to bring ideas to life. Today, our work spans weddings and special events, commercial and corporate productions, music videos, campaigns, branded content, and more.
For us, great production goes beyond showing up with a camera. It starts with understanding the vision, planning the right approach, and having the right people in place to execute it. From the initial conversation through production, post-production, and final delivery, our team is committed to making the process feel professional, organized, and intentional.
We’ve had the opportunity to create across The Bahamas, working with individuals, businesses, brands, artists, and organizations, but regardless of the size of the production, our approach remains the same: understand the assignment, pay attention to the details, and deliver work that represents both our client and our name well.
We’re continuing to grow, expand our capabilities, and build a team that can take on bigger ideas and more ambitious productions.

Everything you need to know before we bring your project to life.
Once your consultation is scheduled, you'll receive confirmation with the meeting details. If your project requires additional information or references beforehand, our team will let you know what to provide so we can make the most of our conversation.
Your consultation gives us an opportunity to understand your project, what you're looking to accomplish, and the type of coverage or production support you'll need. We'll discuss your vision, date, location, deliverables, and any special requirements.
Where applicable, we'll also walk you through our available packages and show examples of previous work so you can clearly understand what each option includes.
Following your consultation, our team will review the details of your project and prepare the appropriate package, quotation, or production proposal.
Once approved, a 50% non-refundable deposit secures your date and officially confirms your booking. From there, we move into planning and pre-production to make sure everything is in place for your shoot, event, or production.
A 50% deposit of the total project cost is required to confirm your booking and secure your requested date.
Scheduling a consultation or receiving a quotation does not reserve your date. Your booking is officially confirmed once the required deposit has been received.
No. All booking deposits are non-refundable, including in the event of cancellation by the client.
The remaining balance must be paid in full on or before the final event day. Final deliverables may be withheld until all outstanding balances have been settled.
Most standard projects are delivered within one week, with a maximum standard turnaround time of two weeks from the date of your event or production.
Wedding films follow a separate post-production timeline and may take up to eight weeks for final delivery due to the additional editing and detail involved.
A 72-hour expedited turnaround may be available for select non-wedding projects for an additional fee.
Yes. Video projects include up to two rounds of revisions following the initial delivery.
We ask that revision requests be communicated clearly and submitted together during each revision round. Additional revisions beyond the two included rounds may be completed for an additional fee agreed upon before the additional work begins.
If a project has been completed and approved but an outstanding balance remains, a $100 storage fee will be applied every 30 days until the balance is settled.
All outstanding balances and applicable storage fees must be paid before final deliverables are released.
